This process taught her to be extremely focused on detail and attentive to following up with client inquiries. She went on to marry and raise a family and relocated to Charleston, South Carolina. Here, Melisa worked as a substitute teacher, supporting her local community and the children of the region. Once their children were grown, Melisa and her husband chose to relocate to Louisiana, where her heart always called her back. In her free time, Melisa is devoted to her family and enjoys spending time with them. She loves spending time on the water, boating, skiing, and swimming. She also enjoys other outdoor activities, especially camping.

Lafayette is known as the “Hub City” of Louisiana. It is a great place to live, work and enjoy a rich, unique culture. However, the surrounding areas which make up “Acadiana,” have a special charm of their own. It is an area like no other. With roots in Carencro, Louisiana, Quintin Van Way spent his childhood enjoying Acadiana’s rich food, music, and joie de vivre. And it is because of that richness, that, as an adult, Quintin chose to make Acadiana his home. From an early age, Quintin Van Way traveled throughout the United States racing motocross with his family. He often wondered if he would choose another place to live. But when it came time to make that decision, the choice was easy. Acadiana would be his home and selling real estate would be his calling. Quintin begins his career eager to help Acadiana with their buying and selling needs. Quintin Van Way has been a part of the Reology family for just under a year. Prior to his Real Estate career Jeffrey worked in the transportation industry as an owner and vice president of a mid-sized trucking company based out of Opelousas, Louisiana. He also played an important role as a board member and land manager of a large land company based out of St. Landry Parish for over twenty years. His resume encompasses all facets of land management, which include negotiating and implementing agricultural, oil and gas, and timber leases along with experience in the purchase and sale of properties throughout southern Louisiana.
