Spencer Todd is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Louisiana. Spencer is a member of the Realtor Association of Acadiana, a lifelong resident of the Acadiana area and a St. Thomas Moore alumni. Following graduation, Spencer began his career as a petroleum landman in the Oil and Gas industry. His work with Schoeffler Energy Group required Spencer to refine his skills to successfully negotiate the acquisition of mineral rights, manage interests of land ownership and mediate negotiations for multiple interests.
